RETURNS POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We will happily exchange unworn items for different styles or sizes within 30 days, it is however the customer's responsibility to pay the postage to return an item to us. Please use our size guides before making a clothing purchase to ensure you have the correct size. We will however pay for the postage of the exchanged item.
Custom Orders, can not be refunded or exchanged.
If you want to exchange an item, please return your item to: The YAY Makers, Katy Macdonald 138 Stamperland Gardens, Glasgow, G76 8LW, United Kingdom. Please include your returns card with the exchange box checked and alternative size required. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Unworn items in the same condition they were bought in can be returned for a refund within 30 days. Please return to: The YAY Makers, Katy Macdonald 138 Stamperland Gardens, Glasgow, G76 8LW, United Kingdom. We recommend using a tracked service. Please include your returns card with refund box checked, as well as your name, and reason for refund. Please note the cost of returning an item is your own and you will be refunded the price you paid for the item minus the shipping cost (if relevant).
Late or missing refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your returned product. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom Items
Custom Orders can not be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping
To return your product, please rewrap carefully and post to: The YAY Makers, Kate Macdonald 138 Stamperland Garden, Glasgow, G76 8LW, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and we can't be held responsible for returned items not reaching us.
